bajee Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the entire relationship between the Player and bajee with respect to the use of all products, services, software, and content made available through the bajee platform at bajee.lat and any associated mobile or web interfaces operated by the Company.

By accessing the bajee platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any promotion, or using any feature of the bajee service, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood this Agreement in its entirety;
• Are at least 21 years of age;
• Are accessing bajee on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party;
• Are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local statute;
• Accept full personal responsibility for ensuring that your use of bajee complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

This Agreement is supplemented by the bajee Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between a supplementary policy and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

The bajee platform is intended exclusively for adult players. The following eligibility requirements apply to all users and must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the use of the bajee service.

2.1 Eligibility Conditions

• You must be aged 21 or older at the time of registration and at all times during use of the bajee platform;
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you;
• You must not be registered as a problem gambler with any self-exclusion scheme or gambling blocking service;
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, officer, or director of bajee, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and keep that information current at all times.

2.2 Restricted Jurisdictions

bajee does not knowingly accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether their use of the bajee platform is lawful in their jurisdiction prior to registration. bajee makes no representation that access to the platform is lawful in every location from which it may be accessed.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the bajee platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To register a bajee account you must provide, at minimum, a valid username, a secure password, a valid email address or mobile phone number, your full legal name, your date of birth, and your country of residence. bajee reserves the right to require additional information as part of the Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process at any time.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bajee account credentials, including your username and password. bajee will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. You must notify bajee immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bajee is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. Verification documents may include a government-issued national identity card, passport, driver's licence, and proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months). bajee may also request a copy of the payment method used to fund the account. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of the account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending the outcome of the verification process.

bajee supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the bajee platform are processed in BDT unless otherwise specified. No currency conversion fees are charged by bajee for BDT transactions.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum single deposit amount at bajee is ৳200;
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed and credited to the player's bajee account balance within seconds of the transaction completing;
• bajee does not charge a fee for deposits, though third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges;
• bajee reserves the right to reject any deposit it considers suspicious or inconsistent with the player's usual activity pattern;
• Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming on the bajee platform and may not be transferred to third parties.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum single withdrawal amount at bajee is ৳500;
• Withdrawals from fully verified accounts are typically processed within 60 seconds and credited to the designated payment method;
• bajee reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount;
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method previously used to fund the account, subject to verification of ownership;
• bajee will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not registered in the player's name;
• In cases where bajee reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other improper conduct, bajee may delay or suspend a withdrawal pending investigation. bajee will cooperate fully with any relevant law enforcement authority in such circumstances.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

bajee maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering and the financing of criminal activity. bajee reserves the right to report any suspicious transaction to the relevant authorities and to freeze any account subject to such suspicion. Players who attempt to use the bajee platform to launder funds will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds frozen pending investigation.

bajee offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and Victory Day.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover requirements") which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements, validity periods, minimum odds, and eligible games for each bonus are specified in the individual promotion's terms, which shall be read in conjunction with this Agreement;
• bajee reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise;
• bajee reserves the right to void any bonus and confiscate associated winnings if it determines that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through collusion, or through the use of any automated or mechanical means.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting errors in bonus calculations, or using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts permanently suspended. bajee's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final and binding.

All sports betting activity on the bajee platform — including cricket, football, kabaddi, horse racing, virtual sports, and all other covered markets — is subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published in the bajee betting help section and form part of this Agreement.

6.1 Placing Bets

• A bet is only considered valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the bajee system with a unique bet reference number;
• bajee reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason;
• Odds displayed on the bajee platform are subject to change at any time up to the moment a bet is confirmed;
• Bets placed after an event has commenced ("in-play" bets) are subject to the bajee in-play betting rules, which may impose additional restrictions on markets and stakes;
• bajee will not be responsible for bets placed in error by the player, including bets placed on the wrong selection, at incorrect stakes, or for the wrong event.

6.2 Void Bets and Settlement Errors

bajee reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted in error, including bets accepted at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error, a data feed error, or a human error. In the event of a settlement error, bajee reserves the right to re-settle the affected bet at the correct odds or outcome. Players who have withdrawn winnings derived from a settlement error may be required to return those funds.

6.3 Suspicious Activity and Match Fixing

bajee actively monitors betting patterns for signs of suspicious activity, including but not limited to potential match-fixing, spot-fixing, and coordinated betting that is inconsistent with legitimate play. bajee reserves the right to void any bet, suspend any account, and report suspicious activity to the relevant sporting authority or law enforcement agency where warranted.

All casino games available on the bajee platform — including live dealer games, slots, table games, and instant-win games — are supplied by third-party game providers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules governing each game are set by the respective game provider and are displayed within the game interface.

7.1 Game Fairness

All casino games offered on the bajee platform operate using certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology or certified live dealing processes, as applicable. Game outcomes are determined independently of any action taken by bajee. bajee does not and cannot influence the outcome of any individual game round. 7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all casino games and may vary between games, game providers, and player account tiers. 7.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or server failure during a game round, bajee's system logs will be used to determine the state of play at the time of the interruption. bajee will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any disputed round fairly and in accordance with the game provider's guidelines. bajee's decision in such circumstances is final. bajee will not be liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a technical failure beyond its reasonable control.

bajee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances, without limitation:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point thereafter;
• Use of the platform by a person under the age of 21;
• Suspected or confirmed collusion, fraud, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating;
• Attempted money laundering or use of the platform for any criminal purpose;
• Chargebacks initiated against bajee through a payment provider;
• Threatening, abusive, or offensive behaviour directed at bajee staff or other users;
• Creation of multiple accounts in violation of the one-account-per-player rule;
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or acting as an agent for a betting syndicate without prior written authorisation from bajee.

In the event of account suspension, bajee will conduct a review within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the player via email. Where an account is closed as a result of a confirmed breach of this Agreement, bajee reserves the right to retain any balance in the account to offset losses, costs, or damages arising from the breach.

Players may close their own bajee account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

All content on the bajee platform, including but not limited to the bajee brand name, logo, domain name, website design, graphics, text, software, data structures, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of bajee or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bajee platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any bajee content without prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any bajee software or game;
• Use any automated system, bot, scraper, or data extraction tool to interact with the bajee platform;
• Create derivative works based on bajee content or use bajee branding in any commercial context;
• Frame or link to the bajee platform in a manner that misrepresents your affiliation with bajee or that disparages the bajee brand.

Any unauthorised use of bajee intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bajee excludes all liability for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive, arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the bajee platform;
• Any error, omission, interruption, defect, or delay in the operation or transmission of the bajee service;
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity arising from your use of bajee;
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data;
• Any third-party content, software, or services accessed through or in connection with the bajee platform;
• Any decision to place or refrain from placing any bet based on information provided on the bajee platform.

The bajee platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bajee makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any information or service provided through the platform. Nothing in this clause shall limit bajee's liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by bajee's negligence.

bajee collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering a bajee account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bajee will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except where required for the provision of the bajee service (such as sharing data with payment processors for transaction processing), where required by law or court order, or where you have given explicit consent. All personal data held by bajee is protected using industry-standard encryption and access control measures.

bajee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bajee will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or via a notice on the bajee platform. Continued use of the bajee platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the date on which the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease use of the bajee platform and close your account before the amendment's effective date.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bajee is incorporated as an offshore entity. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of bajee's country of incorporation.

14.1 Dispute Process

In the first instance, Players are encouraged to resolve any dispute informally by contacting bajee support at [email protected]. bajee will acknowledge a formal dispute within 72 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration as the exclusive dispute resolution mechanism, and to waive any right to a jury trial or participation in a class action proceeding.

14.2 Language

This Agreement is drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version of this Agreement and any translated version, the English version shall prevail in all respects.
